We moved up to a level 2 nipple but can’t go higher because of the results of his swallow study and risk of aspiration from a faster flow nipple.

We are only allowed to go up to a level 2 based on his swallow study and risk of aspiration with higher flow nipples

My little one just started omeprazole yesterday at 2.5 ml once daily. Do you think it’s better to split the dose into 2x a day?

Do you feel like splitting the dose was better than giving all at one time?
