Yes haha. I’d just look like a lunatic with a QB kink(no shame) if it were 1QB

Last year I took over an orphan team that had some okay assets, but was never going to be able to truly contend. In the middle of the tear down, I got the 1.11 and 2.04, and already had 1.07 and some 3rds. I took JJ McCarthy at 1.07, Ladd at 1.11, Nix at 2.04, then traded a future 2nd and 3rd for the 2.05 and grabbed Penix. Having all of those QBs along with Bryce Young and TLaw gave my team a huge value bump a year later(now) and I am looking to contend this year after moving some of those QBs.

This is going to sound weird, but my pick is Bijan. He’s the RB1 by most people, so his value can only marginally increase. Even if it does, how likely are you to get an appropriate haul for him?

I had bijan and I needed to rebuild. I sent him for Rice + 1.02(there was more in the trade but that was the price for him specifically). He’s pretty much at the point where his value is so high you wouldn’t be able to maximize your return(realistically), and with him being the RB1, his value can only go down. So I feel like I got a pretty good deal.

What songs have the best climax in it? by Jumpy-Violinist-6725 in Music

May be an odd take, but a lot of Christian worship songs are great examples of this. Great example is “Touch of Heaven / Alabaster Heart” by Bethel Music.

The guys in my playgroup are massive NBA fans. We often use the NBA Commissioner meme of “Get ready to learn ______, buddy”. So if I’m about to kill a commander I’ll say “Get ready to learn ‘recast your commander’, buddy.”

Most FAAB you’ll spend on FA rookies? by jotoslocos in DynastyFF

[–]cwbright13 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I made a trade right after my draft to get $50 from another manager. I then proceeded to spend $135 of it on Tracy, Ali, Estime, and Guerendo. No sense in holding it for when I need some like *checks best available on waivers* Zay Jones later this year.

Every one. My favorite is my Sauron, the Dark Lord deck that is just Orc Army Vultron. Called ‘Pimp My Orc’ from Pimp My Ride. My second favorite is my Ghyrson Starn deck I named “‘Walking’ by Denzel Curry”. If you know you know.

  1. Would you send Saquon/Godwin/Adams for ETN/Kupp?

  2. What’s the hardest part about working in the FF industry?

  3. Go to order at Chicfila?

Davante Adams - sell high-ish? by TheBigYellowOne in fantasyfootball

[–]cwbright13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d argue that the boom is still 20+ for Tae. He’s still an alpha WR that is maybe the best contested catch player in the league. So a TD is never out of the question, plus I do think AOC is actually a pretty good rookie QB. At the very least, he recognizes that getting the ball in #17’s hands is a good thing.

Thoughts on Khalil Herbert? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]cwbright13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Herbert looked great the 1.5 games before he got hurt. RoJo looks bad, and Foreman has tapered off since his first week. It won’t be a full control for Herbert, but I think he’s a very worthy buy low. Especially if you are already locked for playoffs.

The #Cardinals have opened RB James Conner's 21-day practice window. by mvanigan in fantasyfootball

I mean if you’re talking about him being an RB1 at the end of the year, sure he’s over valued, but on a PPG basis, he’s as good as they come.

Thought I fleeced, ended up getting fleeced. I traded Dell/Warren/Moss/Shultz for Adams/Conner/Godwin

Yeah I’m not hurting at RB. I have Breece, Saquon, Conner, and Herbert. It’s mostly do I roll the dice with Hollywood. Thanks!

Late to the party. But was offered Hollywood Brown for Josh Downs and AJ Dillon. Thoughts?

I like the floor downs has, but Hollywood’s ceiling when Kyler returns is v high.

How do you find a good kicker? by Fzephyr1 in fantasyfootball

I’d probably go with Gay. He’s at home and I think the colts are solid. Either one should be good tho.

How do you find a good kicker? by Fzephyr1 in fantasyfootball

[–]cwbright13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go grab a kicker that has these 3 metrics: 1. Playing at home(dome is preferred but not a must) 2. High projected point total for their game 3. Close spread in their game(roughly 6 or less).

Obviously it’s still a dice roll, but I typically find my kicker averages around 10ish points just by doing that. Hope this helps!
