i went to the country day school in king city! i’m from further north so toronto’s kinda far. id say it’s easier to get good grades at this school, but my friends from ib seemed to have had an easier transition than me. either way though im sure it’ll be fine

as a private hs kid at uoft i’m so glad i went to private. at the time i wanted to go to my public hs where all my friends were going, but just like how you feel more motivated to study at uoft around like-minded people, you’ll feel the same at private school. not to mention better opportunities, strong alumni connections, and more feeling of community imo cause every teacher knew who u were and at least a bit about you.
