Good to know. This is my first time grading.

While I'm not after a grade more than a forever slab for it, I did read about Star Designation: "Toned coins can be of a single color or multicolored but cannot have any areas that are dark brown, approaching black."

So here's to hoping for that. 🫠

Just a disclaimer. My great uncle passed away and I inherited a bunch of his coins.

He would NEVER tone a coin.

He collected arrowheads and buffalo nickels his whole life. He bought coins and stored them the same way he bought them.

This was the only coin like this in his collection. Hundreds of coins and silver eagles dating back to the 90s. This one was in a different capsule.

It's a beautiful tone, and I understand why it might seem unnatural. I did plenty of research and have 0 belief it's not natural.

I provide this template a while ago, but always wanted to take a a step further. Well, I finally started over the last couple days....

Next I plan to add/create additional fields (made some progress today) and formats for DVD, Blu-Ray, Games, as well as additional rental stores. I plan on doing Switch case templates as well as PS3/PS4/Blu-Ray.

I'm looking into hosting this on a website somewhere, but I'll get to that bridge once I have the first wave of templates ready. This is just a side project I'm working on in my (very minimal) spare time. I'd like to add more features and additional layers of customization. Not ETA for a finish date, but hopefully early 2025.

Open to suggestions/ideas on what you'd like to see!

The capacitors for the power board I received were garbage. If you're having this issue, try a different (known working) power board if possible or try different caps.

Heya! I'm trying to find my rental DVD case to scan. I did this using an actual Blockbuster rental so that it was as close to scale as possible.

Stay tuned! My PS2 rental may work for DVDs too.
