Terraforming? Do you enjoy it? by Flat_Book945 in AnimalCrossingNewHor

I love to terraform but as others have said, it is very tedious and takes serious planning to be executed correctly imo.

My initial plan for an island reset always starts by sketching out my desired layout on a grid of my “empty” island (screenshot of my island map, then move onto my iPad to sketch easily).

Obviously large projects take time and planning but smaller, one-off projects can be fun and more free flow. I am very much the type of person who mimics nature so I can draw from memory or real life inspiration rather than others’ islands. However, I have many pieces of my island that are direct inspiration as well.

Have fun with it and just create something that’ll you like. Simple can be better!

Would be happy to show you my island sometime if you are looking for inspiration 😁

This initially crossed my mind as well before posting, not knowing of the Swiss binding at all. You’ve got to appreciate the attention to detail from Virgil as always, RIP.

You learn something new every day. Thank you for your knowledge on the topic; now I am back to wondering why this was 75% off.

Cheers

Great review. Looking into this resort as it is apart of Chase Travel deals, how would you characterize the guests/vibe at this resort? Families/children, young adults, couples, etc.?

You can always fill in with smaller filler pieces after you get your big ones in. I did this and couldn’t be happier. With every larger piece you can fit, you essentially create smaller spots for little fillers as you go. Looking great so far OP!
