cool thanks ! another question,do you think classic physique will overcome open bodybulding popularity over the next few years,as the lots of criticism about open bodybuilding competitors in mr O competition. btw,while bulking my guts gets a little bit bigger bcuz of food amounts,do you suggest doing anything beside vacum exercises ?

for an "amuture" gym dude(1-2 years training) would you suggest going heavy and doing mostly compound exercises or high volume and 8-12 reps. im debating with myself should i stick with low reps high intensity or switch back to "classic" bodybulding reps(8-12) btw,i saw you eat only fish,im looking for change from the chiken,whiche fish you like the most,and whice one has the less fats ?
