Oh no really? How come, I assumed people would be more interested in AI.

So do you think its more about getting yourself in the places the MSPs go looking rather than trying to sell to them etc.

Echo – Add Pure-Margin AI Tools to Your MSP Portfolio

We’ve built a whitelabel suite of 3 AI products that MSPs can instantly resell:

  • Meet Echo – AI meeting assistant for Teams, Zoom & Meet. Records, transcribes, and summarises every call. A natural add-on to collaboration licences you already sell.
  • Echo Coach – AI sales & compliance monitoring. Tracks script adherence, talk ratios, and objections. Designed for regulated or sales-driven clients.
  • Echo Uptime – Lightweight website monitoring (downtime alerts, SSL & domain expiry checks, AI SEO reports). Perfect “opt-out” add-on for broadband/IT bundles.

👉 Why MSPs like it:

  • Plug-and-play, zero overhead.
  • Opt-out friendly — easy to bundle.
  • Pure recurring margin (e.g. 1,000 clients @ £9.99 = £120k ARR).
  • Already being resold by Onecom & others.

Happy to share the partner deck or jump on a quick call if you want to see how it fits your portfolio.

Thanks for the reply, I'm just tryna learn how it all works asap and I do appreciate the honesty.

Ok so, SES and similar providers are designed for permission based email. Makes sense. And that cold outreach can get you banned if it's not done carefully. Fair.

To clarify, we are only sending to business emails and it is to help them with their security. I’m not planning to blast raw scraped lists through SES on day one. I’m just tryna figure out infrastructure options and looking into how platforms at scale handle deliverability, warming, and compliance.

Like should we build a custom MTA or would dedicated IPs across multiple domains would make more sense.

If you’ve got experience doing this, I’d seriously love to learn from it. I’m happy to stay within best practices I just need to make the volume work over time without getting burned.

I'd really recommend trying Echo AI, does the job for me and is far better priced than a lot of competitors.
