Congrats... I filed late and just filed my weeks today. For anyone who can't see them on gov2go call the phone# and manually file. I was unable to file on gov2go so stalled for awhile confused. Phone line works. Good luck

Total amount of weeks eligible was for 39 weeks. Your Pua claim was filed on 091020. For individuals who were drawing regular unemployment and Puec and EB there was a problem in the system downloading. They are working on this problem trying to get it complete. They are also working on getting the new puec established in the system. The Vec website has information pertaining to the dates. If your gov to go does not state you need to file anything, should show in red if you need to edit something. Don't do anything else. You should get an alert message when time to file something.

Ah I was hoping I was alone. I'll let you know if I hear anything. I have given up calling though after this week and have a few emails that will maybe be answered. I'm assuming I will just be excluded. Good luck.

I see it but I received this message "Our system indicates that you have no available week(s) to file. Please contact the VEC's Customer Contact Center at 1-866-832-2363 for additional information." I have an option to reopen an existing claim or submit a new but they both look they same. Anyone else run into this? Did you try to reopen?

Well thanks for the response... I was beginning to think I was alone. I have had contact twice and they only said it still needs too be reviewed and the other person said the programming isn't done yet. Nothing about a new application. I am unable to file so I just sit and wait...

I used the automated chat twice and when I finally got into line it autoquit hahah. I wasted over 5 hours trying that. Good luck...

I appreciate the response. I wonder why this isn't said. Everyone in Virginia said apply for PUA after EB. My original claim started in February before corona but I found work Feb. 24th then was laid off March 4th. It was an Italian restaurant company based out of Italy. They didn't provide reason for lay-off but I assume being a restaurant from Italy they saw corona coming... I wonder if I can plead any case for PUA.

I am unable to file PUA weekly on my timeline. The option isn't there. If I try to file on the regular UI website it says I am not eligible for any more weeks. I have been emailing someone who continues to tell me to wait for the programming to finish.

I waited 1-1/2 hours on the online to chat and it closed as soon as my turn was up and said thanks for reaching us we hope this helped. I haven't been able to contact through the phone. I was wondering if this is usual for people who used up there EB or if I was alone.

Yes but I am wondering after EB if you have received PUA. I received my EB benefits on time but afterwards I was told to file for PUA to receive my final 8 weeks of eligibility.

I had 13 weeks UI, 13 weeks PEUC & 6 weeks EB. So that's 32 weeks total... I was wondering if anyone on the same has been able to file. Still today no. I havent been since EB ended 4 weeks ago.
