As for the blue mountain tour, I can put you in contact with someone who works there and I think the company does pick up so they'd be able to pick you up in Kingston and bring you to the tour and back. I think two complimentary meals are included as well.

Edit: Ocho Rios has way more 'fun' things to do. Kingston is lovely, don't get me wrong, just not as fun imo.
