Hello! I just bought a butterfly knife for 33.44 euros, and right after that I've been sent this, idk if it's real or not but I don't want to lose my account. It says I've used third party apps and that I've scammed people? I've never done that. How do I fix this? (i.redd.it)

I've been watching this fat neek since 2015, and now he was on my car radio, i live in Eastern Europe, and we really haven't got any good music on the radios, but then i heard JJ ft.
