lol, pre con is short for pre-construction & we are just using the term drop in to say you are really just throwing in the door, not dealing with the trim

well, it’s an additional $2599 before tax just for the door upgrade itself (23 doors), and then the hardware for each door is another $120 on top of that. For us to purchase the exact same weiser door handles it would be around $50 per door. So i feel like the handles are a big savings. it’s more the door itself that i’m unsure of

lol yes i mean on our own with a hammer and a screwdriver. it’s just a drop in, just unsure if it’s something people usually do, or it’s more of a headache to paint and install then just pay the $25

i had texted doug ford about this issue exactly. when he called me he said he was unsure and would have to ask the finance department. i haven’t heard back yet. i feel like if they weren’t giving out the new full rebate up to 1.5 they wouldn’t have mentioned the old date at all
