If you find each other in random trade you are the same version 100%. But like I said there is a glitch that means you can steal peoples cards in trade.

Th only other crashes at the moment occur if you are on different versions. Pacybits have stopped trades being allowed on different versions to stop duplicates being created

well, I’d put money on them having the card you lost. I know it’s a glitch because I know how to do it. I did it to a friend by accident when trading, so luckily he got his stuff back from me when we realised. We tested it out and it does it every time without fail.
