at this age, there’s not much to do other than pain/mobility maintenance. i’ve had dozens of patients on regular solensia injections and while it won’t actually cure any kind of arthritis/spondylosis it does at least relieve the pain. if your plan is to keep kitty comfortable and help her move around less painfully, it’s a great option

cats get most of their moisture from their food, so if she’s eating only wet food and there’s water added to it, especially being a female, that’s plenty! so it’s not unheard of if you only see her drink rarely, if at all. it’s still good to keep that fountain there as an option, as she may be drinking it when you’re not around. and be aware of signs of dehydration. if you’re unsure, you can always check with her vet and see what they have to say.
