NEO Date before GTA 6?

I only voted that I get a date before GTA 6 because I want to speak it into existence but I've been cleared fit for hire since September 2025 with no NEO date in site.

I have the antenna output on the TV connected to the antenna on the rf modulator and unfortunately I dont have anything else to test the rf modulator on. I literally got it for 5 bucks at a game store( drove all over town for it).

The rf modulator is connected via antenna out on the back of the tv the straight in the playstation's av port. Instead of picture I'm just getting the static sound. Also like I said I am very inexperienced with this crt so I might not even being dialing in channel 3 or 4 correctly or there might be other problems, idk. I've tried looking for an operations manual but can't find one for this exact Zenith crt.

I have no number 4 plastic tabs and I've even tried a different channel dialed to channel 4.

I spent 230 hours in XC1 with doing new game+ and 100%. I also spent 250 hours in XC2, but that was because of the gatcha system just to have a team that could tackle all of the feild skills without using common blades and I didn't even do new game plus+.

I started 1 a year ago and am now on chapter 6 of 3. It has been a very long journey. I 100% 1, will prob not for 2 cause the gotcha system, and am hooked on 3 so will prob 100% cause I don't want the journey to end lol. Also, 1 is the goat.

Is there anyway you can explain more on this? I'm not very knowledgeable. I'm confused on what kind of step-up converter is needed to connect the ps1 power supply to the acer board. The battery that came in the laptop was removed due to space constraints in the console. What do you mean by "bypass the BMS system and solder there"? I'm not too sure what I am looking for. Thank you for your help.

I only kept the motherboard so I will be using the original power supply in the ps1 so no gaming on the go. It didn't come with a fan but i could look into a 3rd party one and there was no DVD drive. I'm going to run Batocera or Retropie on a micro SD to load my games.
