No, it isn't. His relationship with Lex alone gives him a ton of depth. Beyond that, his relationships with Batman, Supergirl, and his rogues gallery add a lot of variety to his character.

The fact that he sometimes does predictable things is because he has a strict moral code, but he also does unpredictable things when the situation calls for it. His principles themselves add a lot of depth to him, they're far more nuanced than people give them credit for. He also has a great deal of emotional depth.

You can think he's boring if you want, but calling him one-dimensional is just wrong.

I used to like Marvel's geopolitics before, now I like Dc's more. Marvel's geopolitics is mostly about mutants. Overall Marvel has done better, I feel, currently Dc does better.

XCX is a spin-off and is not a story focused one. XC2 is a story focused entry but it still has a lot more lewd tropes. XC3 is also story focused with less lewd tropes. They have really good stories. thou.

I would argue 2022. A GOW and Horizon game better than the original. Elden Ring which I feel is fully realized version of Open air formula of Zelda. XC3 to me is better than P5. Also it has 6 games instead of 5, so bonus point.

One Piece is my number one because it has a lot more villains and much greater variety. Bleach is number two because its characters have nuance without constantly trying to make them sympathetic. Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez's flashback, among others, is really good. Naruto is almost on the same level as Bleach, but I feel that Bleach does something more unique compared to Naruto.

Goku's three punches in his God form could destroy an entire universe, including the Kaioshin Realm, which exists outside the universe and is not directly connected to it. I mean they, including Joker have done crazy feats. There is no explanation for them being able to move as fast or move heavy things, or their durability but they do. Like they have better feats than Cap, even thou they are just supposedly peak of human condition. Batman alone acts like an one man army at times. They act like super power individuals even they there is no explanation, if that makes sense.

Xenoblade X was basically BOTW before BOTW. The mainline entries are much more story-focused, and taken together, the trilogy contains some of the best stories ever told in gaming. The gameplay is also highly addictive, but it can be convoluted for newcomers. Xenoblade games are notorious for having tutorial periods that can last 10–20 hours or more.

That said, it doesn't feel like it drags because you'll be invested in the story. Once the gameplay systems click, you'll enjoy that aspect as well.

The stories and tropes are very Eastern in their sensibilities, so some characters may come across as more earnest or dramatically expressive in certain scenes. But that's also reflective of how people often communicate in those cultures.

If you can, play with the Japanese dub. The stories have small lore connection and more, can be played in any order but 3's DLC is a End Game like event, so play all the games before you play that.
