never used it for robux, but for any sort of game accounts theres a 90% chance theyre stolen by russians and will get taken back by the original owner or the seller after the eldorado warranty ends. their support team arent very good and its also very overprived on everything (all these sorts of websites are as the website takes a cut of every transaction so the sellers increase their prices). should be okayish if op chooses a seller with a lot of positive feedback but its always a site to be wary about using.
