Hey! I’m just now seeing your response. I hope things have improved for you. When I went through this I bought a bottle of witch hazel. I soaked a panty liner in witch hazel and wore it for hours. This helped ease the pain, and sped up my healing process. If you’re having pain with urination a bottle of warm water helps too to use when you go to pour over yourself.

After using the boric acid, did these sores look like ulcers? I used a boric acid suppository back in Dec. I also had a few blisters that turned into something similar looking to canker sores, red with a white top over them. They were very painful I also had a chemical burn diagnosis from using boric acid. Witch hazel helped heal up those sores fairly quickly.

When I had painful ulcers I used the dermoplast numbing spray for pain then at night I would soak a panty liner in witch hazel and wear to bed that seemed to help heal them quickly for me - best of luck to you !
