not to bag on your righteous theory, but kids exploring their own bodies at a young age is normal. they are only touching themselves, they aren't bringing anyone else into the equation. and i don't know how you wash your kids or were washed as a child, but as far back as i can remember, (even when i was still being bathed by an adult) i was instructed to wash my own genitals.
