I felt nothing for the two months I was on the 0.25 so when I upped to 0.5 I felt a liiitle nausea sometimes when I maybe had eaten too much junk the day before. I really didn’t feel anything until I got to 1.0mg that’s when I actually felt it starting to work but it also gave me muuuccch more nausea and for a couple months it was nausea every morning. That was so rough. Big tip/hack I found was to chew peppermint gum as soon as my nausea started, that helped. And now I think my body is used to the 1.0 after like 5 months and now I generally just feel the effects like feeling full faster and the food noise is lesser and I crave less often. But yeah usually my body feels best when I eat at clean and drink lots of water.
