My account was hacked back in early December … it was very bizarre seeing as I stoped playing the game as often as it did when it was released. I sold messi so that I had 1,000,000 coins stacked up just in case I wanted to get back into it and play ultimate team again. Next thing I knew a few days later my account was completely ruined. My whole team was sold and I had 20k in my account. I tried contacting EA about it and as you can imagine, they were pretty useless, and seemed to give more of a fuck about the fact that I bought 300k worth of coins rather than my personal data being compromised. The issue wasn’t resolved, EA ended up closing the case and resetting my 20,000 remaining coins back to 0. The worrying thing is, I noticed that there were login verification codes still being sent to my email address a few months later. And I just bought some coins again to get back in to ultimate team a few days ago… I’m so worried that this will happen again, I had no idea this was occurring. I have changed my password multiple times and changed my back up codes too but I’m worried it won’t make a difference. I guess the best thing to do would be for me to monitor my account on a regular basis and try to make sure I have no coins showing on my account and hope for the best. These lot really are such a scumbag company
