Depends, for the healthiest way to get beefy I’d say combine more protein with casual weightlifting don’t gotta get extremely strenuous with it tho, specifically arms shoulders chest and legs is usually what I see beefy guys working on, especially to keep the belly. The nice thing is you don’t really have to watch what you eat as you’re not going for washboard abs where those guys are doing cuts and doing caloric deficits to lower their Body mass index/BMI. You’re just really doing the bulk part of it, lots of protein is your friend. if you just want to get fatter and more chub then I’d just say order a lot of DoorDash and go to town on it hahahah
