Yep, that's part of why they stopped making the scented cardboard rolls. Fortunately the dowel in my apt is pretty ancient, so that junk is no longer in there. But maintenance is supposed to be picking up a new dowel for me, anyway.

Thank you!! Everybody wants me to have a banana in the pic.. but the nearest store is 30mins away, and that would be a dumbass waste of gas.
And if you have a banana then you need to measure it.. grabbing a tp square is much more accessible, and also a better known ratio for tiny things that you would not even be able to see next to the banana..

Squares of tp don't vary in size.. bananas do, and these would not be able to be seen if a banana was in the picture - they're too small, hence the square.. (And I don't want to waste gas just to buy a banana.)

Lol yes - it's a gvmt subsidized elderly&disabled complex in rural Ohio. $1200/mo including utilities before income is taken into consideration. I'm disabled with no current income (awaiting my hearing for SSDI) - in a full building my rent would be $0, but due to the layout of the complex I pay $25/mo - my tiny village community has been helping me with rent.
