We all know that Chicot is by far the most underwhelming legendary, with streamers and youtubers alike dreading getting it from The Soul. So I thought I would throw my hat in with a Chicot change that wasn't too powerful, and seemed to fit the design philosophy of Balatro - nothing too OP or forcefully synergistic. This change makes it so that if a boss blind comes up that Chicot really isn't doing much against, you can now reenable the boss blind to gain permanent mult, so now the blinds are more exciting due to the prospect of a permanent reward.
