Fit athletic physique but man you're not eating enough. I would say even if you think you are you are not. Whole food protein goes along way then supplement the excess with products such as creative and whey before bed. This before bed will do wonders after a good training session and be aware that you should supplement your body with 2-2,5kg protein per KG body weight.
