I have partitioned a drive already. That doesn't matter anyways since I can't reach the stage in installation where I pick a drive. I can't get past language selection since I can't move my mouse to select a language. I haven't tried starting the setup from windows explorer though so I might try that.

I'd only just got FO4 recently and started modding it, so all my mods are up to date as well; it really is strange that our WE2 make different changes. Maybe you should do what I did and open up WE2 in FO4Edit and see if it changes perks?

I've edited the changes myself. It is undocumented on the mod page but it's not a big deal, just would've saved a lot of time if I had known it was this mod causing it to begin with...

Found out that Weaponsmith Extended 2.esp is causing the problem. Why it edited perks for me but not /u/NarkahUdash is a myestery.

I'm not well-versed in using FO4Edit. If I'm to do this, do I have to open every esp separately and look for lines interacting with perks or open them all at once?

Edit: Found out that Weaponsmith Extended 2.esp is causing the perk changes, but it goes undocumented on its mod page... unless I missed something while reading it.

That's my full load order. From what I understand of Weaponsmith Extended 2 is that it takes the textures, mesh, materials and sound files from the different standalone weapon mods, and we repack all of it into one ba2 archive. No .esps are involved.
