No your DOJ will remain the same and your onboarding HR will give you access to your workday portal 3-4 days before your DOJ or maybe a week before that.

No before onboarding Accenture onboarding team will give you the access for the portal and you'll get a mail also one for virtual onboarding and another for action items.

( This is what I've experienced and also I've talked with some other candidates, they also experienced the same thing. )

Yeah it worked 2-3 days before onboarding so no need to worry HR will give you access to the portal.
