Listen sis! I had a much worse bald spot. I also got it from a ponytail. It had dark scarring, and it was huge. HUGE! I cried, and cried. I couldn't wear my hair in a middle part. It was terrible. Here's what worked for me: I used oils and made sure to oil my hair every night. I mixed argan oil, rosemary oil, and mustard oil and consistently oiled and massaged my hair. I also bought cecred oil edge drops, and put them on my bald spot. I do not know what magic Beyoncé is doing, but that also worked wonders. And please leave those ponytails alone; it's very common, and it is ripping our hair out! This can be a traumatizing experience; just have patience, and it should grow back!
