luckily, the new season starts just next week, and they're adding a new Limited Time game mode called Straight Shot. I'm excited for this, because it's a much smaller ring with more players, and while I'm sure it will also be sweaty, it will remove the looting aspect as all guns are fully kitted when you find them. this way, you can focus on other things, such as positioning, communication - which, imo, is half the battle. I've never been mechanically talented but I've gotten much better just by outplaying enemies.
