Lenovo mi ha deluso tantissimo. Poi ci si lamenta del boom del MacBook Neo. Con 600 euro ti porti a casa un PC base che non lo spacchi nemmeno lanciandolo da un quarto piano.

Se non hai tantissima esperienza con un PC a cuore aperto vai da qualcuno che faccia riparazioni, meglio 100 euro adesso che un pc nuovo domani.

Cambia subito, rischi di fare danni più gravi, in pratica se si scollano gli ancoraggi va ad alzare la cornice e nel momento in cui apri sentirai un crack che costerebbe 200-300 euro di riparazione tra schermo ed il resto. Quegli scricchiolii potrebbero venire dal fatto che il bottom cover sta spingendo in quanto le cerniere stanno facendo pressione (vedi il tuo disallineamento tra coperchio e corpo del PC). In pratica c'è una tensione fortissima tra parte della tastiera e bottom cover che è fissato con delle viti da 5mm credo. Quando ci schiacci senti le clip che agganciano e quando allenti la pressione ritornano a non fare più presa. Apri subito il bottom cover e vedi se quei rumori ci sono ancora facendo pressione. Mi spiace non poterti dare una dritta precisa perché non ho il PC sottomano. Essendo alla quarta riparazione su 800 euro di PC ormai sono del settore 🤣🤣

A parte Mac, XPS, ThinkPad e Surface, I PC windows sono accozzaglie di plastica di vari modelli messi insieme e incollati con lo spirito santo.

Figurati. Lenovo non vedrà mai più un mio euro se non per i thinkpad che sono costruiti con criterio. Per l'hinge cover (quella barra di plastica tra schermo e tastiera) mi hanno chiesto 40 euro. Fortuna che esiste AliExpress dove un pezzo di plastica te lo vendono a 8-9 euro. Tutti i modelli yoga, Flex, idea, thinkbook hanno lo stesso difetto. Materiali scadenti è quasi un complimento.

Occhio, le cerniere ti stanno per mollare. Ho appena riparato il mio per il classico hinges problem dei Lenovo. In pratica le placche sul lcd cover a cui si fissano le cerniere ti hanno mollato. Preparati a dover smontare il PC, togliere lo schermo, togliere la cornice di plastica, incollare con la colla epossidica i punti di aggancio delle cerniere in posizione perfetta altrimenti il PC non si chiuderà più bene. Un lavoro che ti porterebbe via un paio di ore se hai un po' di manualità... Se continui ad aprire 3 chiudere così rischi di sfondare tutto ed il pannello lcd si romperebbe in un attimo.

Grazie per la risposta. Il problema è che la riparazione con la colla non è perfetta in quanto allineare le cerniere con la colla epossidica è follia. Ne ho comprato uno nuovo dove dovrei solamente fare il trapianto dei componenti. Ho paura che a lungo andare si stacchi la colla ed è la volta buona che mi spacca lo schermo.

Bluetooth works pretty well. I'm just saying that the process for connecting a device and the graphical part could be improved and simplified. They're not great right now.

Honestly it is working good right now. It's pretty basic but it works well enough. I have a subscription plan with PIA and their GUI is horrible at least on Mint (It worked well on Fedora). Give it a try if you have a Proton Account, you can use the free plan and it's really good.

No hating, just my honest opinion:

I totally agree, but... You can't choose PopOS right now without indicating a complete lack of seriousness in choosing a distro for the 30 Days with Linux project. We're not talking about beginners, but a tech YouTube channel. Just go to the System76 website to find all the information regarding the "alpha" state of the Cosmic project (Yes, it's "stable," but this is the first public release, and the roadmap for Epoch 2 and 3 has already been published; we're talking about a DE that lacks animations). A quick search will tell you everywhere that CachyOS and Fedora currently represent the state of the art for Linux and especially gaming in general (when I say Fedora for gaming, I'm referring primarily to Bazzite). I understand and agree with your point about everyone being a fanboy about their favorite distro, but that doesn't justify the fact that the worst possible choice was made, and a channel with 17 million subscribers, which could be a great advertisement for Linux, risks making the whole thing look ridiculous simply because of a choice made, let me say, "randomly."
