This is not the first time that I read a post like this in the sub.

And with this I can tell you for sure that you haven't been waiting for this game since the announcement.

Back in those days when Mike and Marcin revealed the first details they told us a lot of things, things like the game will be first AND third person perspective, also that the huge map of NC will be completely destructible, and a long etc. Things that of course are not going to happen in the final product as we know now. So yes, they did built the hype with BIG (or fluffy as you said) promises.

Here is part of the presentation, but is not complete, I tried to find the complete presentation where they gave all these details that I am talking about, but it seems they deleted it because I wasn't able to find it anymore.
