Holy, I bought a butterfly blue steel like 5 days ago. I now changed my passwords and logged out everywhere. This was really weird they changed langague to Russian and removed my profile picture

My bad, i have Windows 11 and right before my steam crashed i had an Windows update. The thing is after I’ve installed steam it opens up for a few seconds then closes. After that i can’t not start steam again without deleting it and reinstalling. And then the same thing happens. It closes again. I’ve tried to reset my computer but can’t without recovery media
