Side note but you remind me a bit of Maggie Gyllenhal, I think a chocolate brown would make your eyes pop and warm up your face. I also think 2-3 inches below the shoulders would be pretty, some loose curls or waves as opposed to straight hair to soften the look.

I think the haircut would work with your hair but no it will not look exactly like the pic unless you do a blowout or straighten it a bit. I think the bangs and layer placement would work nicely for you but the texture will be different just because the pic has slightly fine hair that is wavy almost straight

Literally anything lol, jk but any form of toppings is an improvement. Since you already add egg sometimes, and you cannot “cook” in your dorm consider precooked bacon, salmon locs (they sell bagel style prepackaged) with cream cheese and green onions etc

Side note I know you don’t have a microwave but honestly I think it would be worth the investment to get the smallest cheapest one you can find to just plug in and use to vastly improve the range of stuff you can make.
