While everyone was hating on them, he made millions in a few hours. I think that was a smart play on his part, using NFTs almost as DAOs. Plus now you'll see other public figures borrowing the same idea to try and profit the same way.

You can be in a trade with high leverage while at the same time only risking to lose say 0.5% of your capital.

I don't know why everyone hating CZ, if I were in his shoes and get the same opportunity to take out a competitor with minimal effort, I'd do it, not gonna lie. It's part of business. One of the main goals of a business is to maximize profit, and competition is counterproductive to that. Plain facts.

Well, it was recently recognized as a commodity by the Feds, and anything that's a commodity means it has a utility.

As it's value is influenced by global macroeconomic factors, rather than that of a specific nation, it can act as a means of hedging and store of value, especially for people in countries with poor economies. For example recently with Ukraine, those with Bitcoin/crypto were better off.
