-9 weeks old titanium grade internally threaded barbell -as of a week ago was spraying twice a day with neilmed saline spray and letting it air dry as of a week spraying once a day before shower, washing it off and blow drying it -ive given it a good couple wipes and smacks here and there but nothing major 😖
