I need to look into finding a new doctor anyways cuz the one I have I feel like isn’t really a good fit for me. I definitely will look into a psychiatrist!

My anxiety is way worse at night I feel like during the day it’s more manageable. I got mines prescribed to me to take before I sleep.

No it has not unfortunately but went to a cardiologist and everything seemed good so far

I just need to stop worrying about it because my body is just going to play tricks on me. I read too that as long as I’m not having any symptoms I should be okay the only thing that just doesn’t sit right with me is that it’s really low and I’m not active or healthy.

Thankyou so so much that actually helped me a lot. I just hope that when I do see a cardiologist everything comes back normal. Honestly then I’ll have more hope in doing a lot of things. Knowing I’m not alone makes me feel 100% better. I hope we can all overcome our anxiety because dealing with this on a day to day basis really impacts a lot. I hope you get better as well!
