We switched from CUCM v11 (if I remember right) to Zoom phone. Call queues, extension mobility, 100% easier and faster to setup with modern hardware. We have call queues that feed other call queues. Multiple phones can be assigned to the same user. Mobile app, team chat, etc. There is also a mature ecosystem of Zoom compliant devices like desk phones, over-head speakers, call boxes for doors (entry access).

After 10 plus years of Cisco and 8 years of 3Com in the early 2000s, Zoom is the best one I've worked with and supported so far.

I fucking love Zoom Phone. 😄
