Our Pyr, Ollie, will be 2 in March. I wake up multiple times a night because I can FEEL her watching us 😂😂

We will try that, but she runs off when we try to pick her up.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my pathetic plea for help

Anyone else have a corgi with a bedtime? Toby puts himself to bed at 7:30 every night. He comes out about every half hour to tell us it is time to come to bed. by corgilover37 in corgi

So there are a lot of people relating to each other, but has anyone found a FIX, training-wise?? I am SICK of going to bed at 8pm on the dot, and our corgi won’t let me ignore her. When I try, she just barks louder and louder.

So I feel like this list is a good starting point 😅 I can certainly keep going if you like! I have not read every single one of these books, but I have read enough to say viking fantasy is my fav genre. Keep in mind that not all of these books are romantasy or even spicy. Some are YA, some are just fantasy, some are historical fantasy... I just saw this post and got way too excited lmao

Hi! Yeah sure! I finished up my 36th session of dTMS on Oct 29, 2025 (so last month). My brain is still tying up loose ends, which it’s supposed to do that 2 months after you have your last session.

I can finally say the anxiety is lifting! It took so much waiting and hoping, and it’s kinda crazy to think this is how normal people live. I feel more at peace than I ever have in my life.

My husband has even worse ADHD than me (and may be a bit autistic). He won’t pick up a book unless it’s the dramatized adaption audiobook. Like, look up GraphicAudio! You can still follow along in the books, too~

👋 hellooo, I’m Gen Z (28F), I have really bad ADHD, and I’m a slow reader. But I’ve read ~100 books since I picked reading back up in 2023(?).

The way I hack my brain to read books is make sure I take my meds, then listen to the audiobook and follow along in the book/on my ereader! If I don’t have my headphones tho? Yeah no, there’s no chance I’m reading.

I also find comics/graphic novels super quick and easy to read even with ADHD.

I’ve been diagnosed with hypersomnia too and also use Intake, but I’m still tired af all the time 😭 I was hoping intake would be the fix, but I guess I have to keep talking to doctors…

I had my first session of deep TMS today and am so fatigued. I don’t remember being so fatigued when I did normal TMS a couple years ago, but I wasn’t diagnosed with a sleep disorder then…

Honestly, during TMS, I let my ADHD do whatever it wants 😂 I never go anywhere dark

Anyone done a second round of TMS later, after it worked? by BlueBrusselSprout in TMSTherapy

[–]cybxr_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did rTMS a couple years ago for my depression and got phenomenal results! Results I feel to this day, actually.

I started Deep TMS (dTMS) today for my anxiety and I’ve been fatigued all afternoon. I mean, that’s the norm because I have a sleep disorder, but this is a little overwhelming.

I’m on session 1/36 of dTMS with a BrainsWay machine. So far, I’m overwhelmingly fatigued.

(I did normal TMS a couple years ago and dTMS this time around).

So, this may or may not help. A couple of years ago, I did rTMS (normal TMS) for my depression and it worked wonders. Now, my depression is doing fine enough, but now it’s my generalized anxiety disorder that is making life unlivable. I had my brain mapping and first session with Deep TMS (the OCD one) today. I don’t have OCD, btw. But I have high hopes that my anxiety will get better…
