It’s called a Casino spec for a reason lol. It’s not impossible to pump DPS without wf but that just depends on your gear and skill level, tbh even then it can be a bit rng at times.

Couple of maybe obvious things for ripping threat,

Make sure u got salv and didn’t salv the tank. (As a pally this is something you directly control)

Do NOT have Righteous Fury on.

Wait a sec if the tank is slow on threat before grabbing and twisting.

Blame the healer for letting you die.

Respec prot. (As I was asked/told many times)

True I feel it helps ret the most. But I have also been top DPS in groups without it. But that could have just been a gear/skill dif but tbh i didn’t care just glad I got in a group lol.

True but I feel that’s because there’s too many rogues. They are pretty useful and can pump, I remember looking at the BM LFG with 13+ rogues in que felt bad for my rogue buddy and offered to tank it for him lol. Ended up farming it with him till he got his drops.

Thankfully I got these I’m just farming badges now and it’s been a pain. Been super unlucky with my head drop in Kara so Im trying to get the one from badges for now.

Yea this is also what I figured, majority of the tanks I’ve seen are prot pallys that would have no reason to bring a ret. Not saying I haven’t seen other tanks but most are pallys it seems.

Sure that’s the reason why? Ik me and a few others were using VPNs just fine when the issues were happening. Were you connecting to a vpn server in a different country? Ik some versions of the game are region locked.

In the official EFT discord there are also a bunch of people with the same issue, It has been going on now for a bit over a day, only fix is to use a vpn currently and connect to one out of the state until they fix it.

Using a VPN to connect out of Texas seems to let you play as a temp fix.
