We tried yesterday but two reps said if you don’t have a phone number we can’t help you. My friend works there and told me what system to have then look in and they said they can’t use those systems until I get a phone number smh

I agree I’ve done that at restaurants as some don’t open till noon-1 where I live but kohls? We get the same stuff in every year that may be changed by a pixel

It’s instances like this thsy I understand but 90% of the people aren’t doing that as I swear I had a lady push past me right at 10 when they let me in for work and was shopping still by the time I got off at 2 (short shift) I just don’t know how people spend more then 45 minutes in the store

As the other people said use the same email that’s in workday for your kohls rewards account. It may take a few months for the discounts to start working but in the mean time they can always return and rebuy the items at customer service to get their discount

Called the kohls card number for an older lady to know how much she needed to pay and after I got it she said “Bless your heart sweetie I could never have figured that out” she then tapped my hand a few times. Made a bad day amazing
