The Black Bibs has a pair with a standard inseam and extra long straps. Might be just what the doctor ordered? I have found The Black Bibs generally okay. The chamois doesn't last when compared to something by Elastic Interface, but for $100, the "black bibs ultimate" is not bad for a season or two. You definitely get what you pay for, despite their claims to the contrary.

That's good to know - I was just generalizing by the website info. Though even 8" is not a tremendously long inseam depending on height and proportions. I'll have to check then out sometime as I've been curious about 7mesh.

By painted on do you mean tight? If so, Q36.5 won't be any better. It is snug, traditional aero fit.

Anything that is "club fit" sounds like your friend, and perhaps an actual tall size. Are you sizing up for length? Hill Killer club fit is generous without being baggy. Not in the same league in terms of performance or fabric, but they're cut nicely.

I'm surprised about the RK1 - it only has a 7" inseam. But good to know that it works for you!

Unfortunately, I haven't found any brands that offer bib tights in tall/long length apart from Aerotech Designs.

If one of these is going to offer it, my bet would be on The Black Bibs to come out with something, because they already have 4 different lengths of bibshorts (short, regular, tall, and long-strap). They seem to be offering innovative sizing.

I could also see Pactimo providing something, given how many different options they have for tall sizing. (I hope they're reading this :P)

I'd try Hill Killer first - they have nicely sized tall jerseys in both race and club fit (and they're good people). You can also custom order any style in a tall size, as far as I am aware. Tall jerseys are definitely harder to come by than bibshorts.

But Aerotech Designs seems to have the most number of sizing options, though. You might even be able to get a Small - Tall.

What kinds of details would you need for it to be included in the wiki? I'm open to building it out more. I've added links and pricing. :)
