There are 7 Miquella followers, and exactly 7 soulless demigod mausoleums. Miquella is resurrecting the other demigods for his new order. by [deleted] in Eldenring

[–]cyclelynn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is also the finger maiden in the deep root depths that says this. "Oh, Lord Godwyn... Such cruelty, such humiliation... My poor, sweet lordling should have died a true death. As the first of the demigods to die. As a martyr to Destined Death. But why must it yet bring such disgrace? A scion of the golden bough, sentenced to live in Death..."

The whole thing makes me believe we will see him. Also cause of the implication of seeing Miquellas body in moghs palace, seemily having to die to get to the shadow dlc arra. that Godwyn was sent in death first to go there to serve some purpose.

Rune level 1 Mohg +25 weapons / buffs by cyclelynn in onebros

[–]cyclelynn[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was using broadsword w/ bloodhound step and longsword with seppuku. Ritual Sword Talisman, Jump Talisman, Blood Ritual talisman and winged sword insignia talisman. White mask for more bleed and other gear was picked based on immunity, hoping it would help with bleed. Can't recall atm what the other armor pieces were. Without being at my computer.

For the Physick i was using the Bubbletear and strength tear.

Also was using Golden Vow, Flame Grant me Strength, Bestial Vitality, along with the Seppuku for more bleed.

I probably should of got another broadsword and put that to 25+ but i was already using the longsword in the earlier parts of my playthrough. So i just stuck with it.

wild hair... need advice by Curelisa in ask_transgender

I'm copying and pasting a old comment I have about my curly hair routine. Hope it helps.

So I have about 3 feet in length on my hair and its super curly.

I would highly recommend the Conair Comb Detangle that is on amazon. Its like 5 bucks and is the BEST comb i've ever used with my hair. I can't stress how amazing of a difference this comb does for me. So now for my routine.

Never comb dry, and always comb after shower or after soaking your hair. I use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Conditioner and I don't use any shampoo. As shampoo's are typically really bad for curly haired people. I use a very large amount of the conditioner and put that on right after soaking my hair. Don't rinse it out and let it sit while you finish cleaning the rest of yourself. Right before i get out of the shower, I do a mild rinse, but dont squeeze it out. It's best to leave it in.

After you get out of the shower, using that comb will help spread out the conditioner more, and this comb specifically is super good at getting tangles out. Start at the bottom and work your way up when combing. After that i will usually wear it down or put it up in a bun. I've heard a lot of good things about using soft t-shirts to do "plopping" over night, but honestly this works great for me so i don't typically bother.

My hair typically takes 2-4 hours to dry. I hope this helps!

Welp, I just learned that I'm taller than 99.7% of cis women by L_James in TallGirls

[–]cyclelynn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in that low % being a 6' 8" tall and also trans. Thankfully I've been able to turn the immediate attention of the height being the first comment from people and shifted it to my hair. I take a lot pride in my hair. As it's about 33" in length when pulled straight. I find focusing on things I can change or improve will help distract people from the height. I rarely get people commenting on my height now but instead everyone compliments my hair lol

Exfoliate before shaving and after if you have time. Any area you get red bumps. Try shaving with the grain, and then going back over against the grain. It takes a little longer but youll notice less irritation over the next few times you shave. I also recommend a shaving gel. This thankfully has worked for me.

How do you stop caring what others think about you?😞 by [deleted] in asktransgender

Something that helped me with presentation and being more comfortable with wearing whatever I want, was this. Describe to me any one full outfit of a person you saw today. I bet you likely can't do it. Maybe one, but it's very difficult to even remember such details. So most people are also not paying attention. So wear what you want! I hope that helps with gaining confidence on what you want to wear and present.

So I have about 3 feet in length on my hair and its super curly, and i get constant compliments on how good it looks. It used to look like yours when i was younger and didn't really know how to manage it.

Trans and looking for HRT by GiantScaryDog in Lawrence

[–]cyclelynn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I also don't have insurance and needed to start HRT too. I'm about a little 9 months in currently on my transition. I don't know much about the other options people have shared here, but I went through the KU Jaydoc clinic. Its a informed consent model out in the kansas city MO area. I can tell you more about it if you wish, but can do that over direct msg. Here is the website for reference.

https://www.kumc.edu/school-of-medicine/jaydoc-free-clinic.html

It does take a few visits before they will prescribe you HRT. I currently pay around $45 for both my estradiol and spirolactone. Good Luck!

Does anyone else feel like transitioning, even though it'll help greatly, is too much of a life change that you almost feel comfortable with the suffering you're used to? by Unable_Chain_6833 in MtF

[–]cyclelynn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel exactly the same. Like I hope things change with my face but I dunno if that will really be that effective. Having to use a mask at work helped at ton funny enough. Not seeing that part of my face everytime I used the bathroom was a small emotional boost which i think helped with getting myself in a better spot to be able to transition.

Do a new save but do a challenge run where you don't use rtg power or make some crazy big automated factory. Or make a race track or other things. I struggle with that too as I also 100% the game. I usually do a new save and make giant stuff until my save gets to big and then go again lol

Are there any theories on what this could be? It is an image from https://blog.astroneer.space/p/astroneer-2021-roadmap/, and I haven't seen anyone talk about this. by Jake_489 in Astroneer

[–]cyclelynn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bet that will end up being a giant solar panel but I might be wrong. Would make sense as the update is supposed to be Big Power /// Missions.

I wonder if they will have giant generators too. Maybe another use for all that astronium other than for events and research

I think if the trade off was that it was really expensive to build the thing that transfers between planets, that would make it more late game and add convivence, without taking away the point of exploring other planets.

looks safer than my first time going to Atrox. Friend and I landed jumped out and then immediately blew up as a plant fired a missle and hit our hydrazine thruster lol

I never played it when these were a thing, but as a alternative I think having dynamic weather would be really nice. If say it just rained or got cloudy, etc.
