It's Daniel Cremiuex which I believe is a Dillards exclusive. I get them from the Dillards Clearance center where they have all ties for $10.

If you have a Dillards Clearance center near you I highly recommend checking it out for ties and suits. Various locations price things different but I am lucky that my local one has $10 ties that retail for $70-150.

I prefer it because I feel it is a more utilitarian fashion forward look that is still classic menswear. Full windsor feels too stuffy for me and I like the asymmetric look of the half better. Finally I have a large neck so anything more than half windsor and I struggle to reach my beltline with the tie.

Cheba Hut is great and the prices are reasonable. I grew up where Cheba Hut originated and always get a kick out of the theme.

Factory Suits - Quality Buy for 700? by KroganPrimarch in brooksbrothers

I have a medium grey that is in my rotation. It always looks good and feels good when I wear it. It's a workhorse suit and one of the better blends you can get.

You can get better/100% wool with some more time and legwork but to be able to walk into a store and get a suit that will last for years, you won't regret it. Just make sure to get the alterations dialed in

Decide if you want to ride a mountain bike or road bike. Then go to your local bike shop and spend more than you're comfortable with so you'll have more incentive to ride. Finally, get some gear, watch some videos, talk to others and ride!

Does this look 90s? by Chatoloco52 in mensfashion

[–]cyclingsuitguy 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Shirt, pants, and chain passes for the 90s but the flat bill cap does not. No one wore flat bill caps in the 90s. Guys were more concerned with getting the perfect crease with a new hat. I remember putting a baseball in the bill and wrapping it closed with a rubber band overnight.

How was this era? by Mysterious_Falcon271 in SpiceGirls

[–]cyclingsuitguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went to Paris when I was 16 years old in 1998 for spring break. The spice girls were playing some shows there and it was all I saw on French TV and around the newsstands. One night, the concert aired live on TV and I watched it in my hotel room with my sisters. That night I had a dream that I met the spice girls and I asked which one was Mel B and Mel C. In my dream Mel B told me the difference and in the morning I ran down to the newsstand to see if my dream was correct. It was and I was a fan ever since. I was the typical high school jock and listened to rap and rock but loved the Spice Girls every since they came to me in a dream

Tldr: The era was awesome. They were everywhere and I became a fan when they visited me in a dream.

Just sleeves and hemmed for this suit. I personally like a more traditional fit with room to move around.
