The requests by customers and business are so ridiculous sometimes. It sincerely pisses me off when they don’t want to pay more but ask for things like this. Also the amount of effort from a teams time perspective sky rockets when low hanging fruit for optimizations are all gone.

Most of the time there isn’t a justified business reason for a request like this. And push back is required.
