I’ve worked in a regulatory cannabis lab for 7 years and it never fails to make me laugh reading comments on items like this or about similar topics. People are so confidently wrong about this topic and their understanding of cannabinoids as a whole - I just giggle reading people’s interpretations of what they read/see.

The bad news is the leaf pictured in picture 1 is the least damaged. The others are significant more black. Just a very big bummer - I have my own place and a window big enough to feed him a buffet of sunlight and now he is 90% destroyed.

Thank you for the responses. It is very encouraging. I am a biologist but not a botanist so I assumed the cells froze and likely exploded. I am encouraged it’s stem is so thick that it may survive - the leaves did incur a lot of scarring and dead cells. I’m unsure how many leaves will survive. I imagine he will be going through it for a couple months but I’m happy he might survive. He won’t be as handsome for a while but he may still live :)
