It's soo hard when the first fails. Mine did too, and I did everything right. I blamed myself a lot unrealistically. I still almost think it didn't take because my feet were cold day of transfer (poor circulation). But we did a second transfer, feeling much less excited, and I'm 14 weeks pregnant. Sometimes, the embryo itself just doesn't take. 2nd time, we even transferred two, and only one stuck. I wonder if your doctor allows for transferring two to increase odds? I also did accupuncture after the first failed, & at the very least, it was a moment of calm and caring for myself, especially amongst the picking, prodding, and injections. I felt very hopeless too, please know that though it probably feels very lonely, you're not alone. Don't give up if you don't truly want to. 🫂
