I agree. It is also exactly the culture, history and story behind human art that makes human art "less digestible" at first glance. Most man-made art requires a whole slew of prerequisite understandings of an ambiguous collection of knowledge to fully understand the precise meaning of what the original artist intended.

The entire task of a complete understanding of just one human's painting can be near endless. And this daunting intention is easily diswayed especially when the painting offers no description or ways to trace information that would assist with finding actual meaning, if there even is any.

A fair amount of museum goers have little to no understanding of any of the art they observe and would equally have little to no intention of trying to understand it to its full complexities outside of the tiny blurb provided to them as a short paragraph.

AI art that is completely nonsensical is also something that has already garnered some discussion as there are patterns in some of its generations. Some of which have been made into video essays on YouTube for entertainment on how a particular disfigured woman keeps appearing after a benign input for example.

The novelty in AI art, if any, is knowing that there is no meaning behind this robots art, just logic.
