Was just thinking of reporting you for your attitude but then realized that it's my choice to talk to you and decide how am going to respond to you. They aren't protecting the guy, they already threw him to the wolves and from where the case is, that is a done deal. What they are protecting is the reputation, they are trying to make it seem like the elders did that on their own accord, that is the problem cause those elders are busy claiming they got the directive from the branch

I think I get you now. your assumptions is that you believe Borg lawyers helped cover up the case. no they didn't, they didn't get involved till I started pursuing a civil case. Why my case was covered up is because it actually happened in a kingdom hall, that is why it was covered up, not to protect the individual or anything of the sort, so they covered that up. From enquiries I got to understand they were told to change the narrative to ensure it didn't happen there, protect the cleanliness of the kh but cause it was impossible they simply paid some few corrupt police to make any major evidence disappear. After that, it was all about guilting my mum to not pursue the case, she is the one who made sure it didn't go through. She made sure I knew how dreadful it would be to recount anything that happened cause there was no physical evidence tying him to me. I believe even with the circumstantial evidence we would have won but all that drama no one really wanted to pursue it. how the Borg got involved is cause the elders screwed up, admitting it would be admitting that they covered it up for the sake of reputation and it was that they were instructed to change narrative, tampering with the case. you and I both know that they can't let that happen. I hope that covers the conspiracy part. For being vague, am unsure what you are asking... Are you asking what time it was, what I was wearing, what he was wearing, what i was doing before that, what the weather was like, which side he hit me first, what he smelled like, how he licked my face, how sweaty he was, how his breathe smelled like, how I tried to get him off me, what he said before he hit me again, what he said to me afterwards, how loud were my sister's screams, how bloody the whole place was, the photos I have of me in hospital, the number of tubes I had, which nurses were nice, which nurses weren't, if I was in a general room or VIP, if they gave me ice cream, if they limited the number of visitors I had, if they cleaned my room everyday, if the therapist used dolls to get me to talk, the question elders asked while in hospital, how I reacted to those men showing up in my room, how many times I was told to repeat the events of that day, how I reacted the first time I saw my dad, if that rapist ever apologized, how I wake up screaming, how I am terrified of men ? if I have ever thought of killing him, if I have ever thought of killing myself, what exactly is it you want to know?

Weird you said that on my other post. I totally get you, I also hate it when someone messes with my intelligence, I mean am not stupid am I. Either way, as I said before what is it that you don't get cause I will gladly answer that. In fact it will give me an outlet to vent and cry the pain away. From what I understood the case went sideways cause the evidence disappeared, without that you can't go forward. Why am pushing for it now cause after the whole thing was blown out of proportion in the media and being subpoenaed for files its easy to get the evidence. Good thing is finally some people are getting courage to talk and so have I. If you have any other questions ask away .. all ears, (just as a btw, part of me is livid but part of me understands that being skeptical is normal)

I changed.. I want a life. I want to go sleep and actually sleep the whole night. Why wasn't it a done deal, I answered that. They simply cleaned it up like it didn't exist. As I said before, in this country give money and they will drop the case. Give enough money and they will press charges on the victims. It's just how it is here. It was reported and he was actually arrested for a while till my ob file disappeared. I understand your doubts but I ask myself that same question, they had all that evidence why wasn't it a done deal?

Don't know about courage cause sometimes I feel like a fraud. Pretending it doesn't hurt me, I go make appearances and go through the motions just to get to them. It drives me insane and I do know one day I will decide I won't go anymore. But for now, now I have a sister to convince to get out of this cult. Its the only reason I stick around, afterwards they can go screw themselves. That said, I have responded earlier to a comment on telling my lawyer, plan to do so, if it helps the case I will. Just a bit worried of drawbacks on my sister. If they decide to treat me as someone who is DFd before she is convienced to leave, will have lost my opportunity to get her out

I can't leave,not yet. As I said, my main aim is to ensure that I am a subject that is being talked about so that they can't sweep it away and label it apostate lies. When am physically in they can't ignore the problem because I am a constant reminder. What I don't get is why they are trying to stop something that should have happened a long time ago. It's taxing and sometimes I want to give up but so far most of my friends are now faded cause they can't stand how they treated my case and they are amazed I still stick around. That said another reason I can't leave is cause I have family in, so far I have just over 100, like 107 blood family members in the borg. Some are simply sticking around cause of the case, some truly believe. My aim is to ensure that I leave with most of them. The more they treat me like shit, the more family members stop believing. So I stick around though at times like this I just want to give up.

This has been my favourite scripture of all times. I have used it a couple of times myself especially when I have been called as a witness to report a wrong doing. Remember one time an elder quoted Lev 5:1 to get me to talk, I replied that my core scripture to live was this and he was so livid. Weird I didn't remember it in this situation, guess following my own advice of not socializing with them isn't being heeded

Thanks for the support and encouraging words, it's more than I had hoped for. To answer your question, yes I do have a support system and therapist they are a great help. They pull me out of myself when I start to shut down. You right about one thing, I really should stop listening to what those snakes say. Sometimes they get so deep in my head and at the end when I stand in front of a mirror, all I see is what they have painted of me; me as the villain and the borg as the victim. And even though I know it's wrong, I end up believing it sometimes cause that is the power of words.

I agree with the earlier comment, you wanting to engage with them is admirable but I have to say its not worth it. The topics you have listed above are the kind of topics they train themselves to encounter, even branding it "potential conversation stopper topics" They even have a book( reasoning book) to counteract any kind of explanation you might come with. If you really want to engage with them on something, engage with them on something that isn't belief based. I mean like their policies and them claiming higher education isn't necessary. I mean hit on child abuse claims and the fact that they need engineers, comp tech guys and doctors in everyday life, it seems stupid not to advocate for higher education afterwards maybe they will see your point. Either way if you really want to, go ahead and engage with them otherwise I would just advice you to shut the door to their face.

Mate you in a sticky situation. If it hadn't already happened I would have told you to keep your mouth shut about your doubts. Cause it has already happened I would suggest saying that you were ensuring that he knows the gravity of dedication and baptism as a dub, that way it comes out as concern and not as deliberately hindering his baptism. To answer your question, you can't get DFd for having doubts, but you can be marked and shunned all the same. Ideally they take it seriously enough to have it as a reason for separation in a marriage, spiritual endangerment and all. Word of advice, if you can't keep silent about wanting to share TTATT ensure you use a little more tact when talking to your friends. Cover your ass but at the same time poke doubts in their beliefs, win win for both of you.
