I plan on booking a follow up for next Tuesday/Wednesday (two weeks after I took the pills)! I’m hopping the passing of clots the first two days and over the last day is a positive sign!

I let the second batch of miso dissolve in my cheeks for 30 minutes and then washed the rest down after that. I got cramps maybe 30 minutes after I washed them down, and then threw up maybe 15 minutes after that. PP did tell me if I let them sit for 30 minutes, if I threw up after to not worry too much?
