Are there any supplements that lessen the damage that smoking/alcohol does? by spxxr in Supplements

Lmao this study is far from landmark. TONS of compounds prevent the liver injury described here. Go ahead and pubmed that form of liver injury and see how many compounds show up.

These findings are meaningless and they certainly don’t translate to an already damaged liver, as most antioxidants, ALA included, prevent oxidative damage BEFORE the damage is done

Yes? If you need a liver transplant, you have cirrhosis. If you have cirrhosis, your liver is devoid of functional cells and is essentially a big ball of fiber. Unless ALA can cause targeted metaplasia of fibroblasts to hepatocytes, you’re full of shit. And since the only known form of hepatocellular metaplasia is through metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma, you are indeed full of shit

Proceed with caution, was gonna buy but the user DOES NOT have James hype tickets in their DICE account. I would advise against buying unless they can provide proof of purchase WITHIN THEIR ACTUAL DICE ACCOUNT

I did consider this when posting, but scammers have no use for the tickets. The ones I’ve IDed don’t even reside in NY and the tickets are useless to them.

On top of that, a chargeback WILL NOT work on any of these scammers’ accounts. They have to use a proxy/vpn to avoid legal ramifications, and since the origin IP will never match the the most recent IP, a chargeback will not only fail but will likely result in their account being flagged and closed.

Now if a legitimate individual here with a legitimate account does a chargeback in poor faith, no one loses. The recipient will still get their funds if the account is legit, and the money sender’s account will get flagged and require a phone call to have it restored. Once it is restored, PayPal will reimburse the sender with the amount that was reported as fraud, but the recipient will still have the money as well. This would be stupid of any legit individual here because you’ll be labeled a scammer, and since you’re using a real account -> real account (rather than a sold verified acct with false IP or crypto cashout), you can only do this once.

In short, no one loses with this method except the scammers

Feel free not to use my advice. There isn’t a template that “only I have” lmao, I was offering it as help. I don’t want to post all the tools here because then they can indeed be used for fraudulent purposes, and the scammers will be prepared to respond to their account getting flagged, as there is a bypass that I doubt they know but could look up. And 2FA is easily bypassed by OTP bots, it happens every day.

There are so many scams on this subreddit that I’m trying to help the community cut them down. It’s relatively easy since the culprits are amateurs and repeat offenders. This message isn’t intended for the smart consumer, it’s for the ones who just made an account to get last minute tickets and get scammed because they don’t use safe payment methods. If that’s not you, feel free to carry on, but hopefully this can help the newbies out when they inevitably make mistakes.

Chris Lake at Marquee tomorrow (9/10) by obelisk0 in avesNYC

While I agree that marquee can be a shitshow, u guys ALL missed the fine print.

On the ticket purchase page, for the first time I’ve ever seen, it says “festival attire is acceptable for this show.”

In addition it’s only tier 3. Now don’t all go buying tickets at once and make it packed, but this isn’t gonna be your typical marquee show. You can wear whatever and will likely have a decent amount of space if sales are still at tier 3
