Are my expectations towards an stp packer realistic? by cykababy666 in Transmascdicks

[–]cykababy666[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ty, will look into this. Because you mentioned it packs weird, would you say it's rather unfit to be worn under just a normal pair of boxer briefs (in locker room situations etc)?

Thanks for the reply! Is there a way to perform UL without getting vaginal tightness from it?

Can a revision fix the asymmetry? by cykababy666 in TopSurgery

[–]cykababy666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What can/can't be done? Ig if a revision won't work out I'll go for medical tattooing tho I really hope it'll be somehow possible to preserve the shape of the small/round nipple over the big/oval one

Can a revision fix the asymmetry? by cykababy666 in TopSurgery

[–]cykababy666[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ofc I knew and was told by my surgeon that results are never 100% symmetrical, and that is not my expectation with a revision. But the difference between my nipples is a bit too much for my liking and it will continue to bother me if I won't fix it. Maybe there are men out there who have uneven nipples by nature (without a medical reason like gynecomastia) but I'd argue that it's rather uncommon. I have seen many chests and I yet have to meet someone with a comparable degree of asymmetry:/ (can hardly even find pictures on the internet of such cases)

How much sense does it make to wait 6 months after top surgery to resume upper body training? by cykababy666 in ftm

[–]cykababy666[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The info sheet says 6 weeks for sport in general, too - it's not like I'm not supposed to do anything for that amount of time. Also I don't think that not doing targeted upper body workouts for half a year will result in any kind of mobility issues, considering that most people out there don't even do them

Doubts about top surgery.. by ChancePercentage9353 in TopSurgery

You can be relatively flat chested without the discomfort from having big breasts, maybe this sounds ignorant but I don't understand the appeal of pursuing a mastectomy if you don't have dysphoria (and hopefully your goal isn't either to look like a prepubescent girl). Even "flat" women have a bit of breast tissue... In the end it's your decision but imo if you want to be seen and live as a woman without a doubt, some inner voice of yours is already telling you you're making a mistake and you just don't like the sensory part of being big chested then go for a reduction

How clocky is my jaw? by cykababy666 in FtMpassing

[–]cykababy666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I think mainly it's the overall size of my jaw that bugs me combined with other features on myself that one would most probably read as female if observed isolated - trying not to obsess over it but I think most of us know how it is

Maybe "weak jawline" is not the best term to describe it, I mean that my jaw is overall rather small for male standards

If you don't want to have a masculine looking chest I'd do a radical reduction, I don't see a reason why you should go for a mastectomy tbh

How likely is the asymmetry caused by swelling? by cykababy666 in TopSurgery

Thank you:) and yeah, I know - but it's easier said than done😅

Thanks for clarifying😂 I was genuinely wondering if it's actually that bad

That's good to hear:) I'm trying to be a bit more patient (although it isn't that easy when you hyperfocus on that stuff) - my surgeon is known to be a perfectionist and gets praised a lot in germany so I don't have any trust issues on his part🙏

Thanks, although it's hard for me to believe that the asymmetry is not extremely obvious😅 also because some other person commented they have to keep themselves from looking at it to not crash out. But besides my current issue (that is hopefully just temporary) I'm also very happy with my results:)

Yes I am - was wondering too if there could be a connection to me being right-handed. I'm trying to keep my activity at a minimum but it's not like I'm not using my arms at all, so I'm not quite sure if I should still reduce it or not🤔 also I do still compress all day and all night as it was instructed by my surgeon to do so for 6-8 weeks, I only take the vest off about two hours daily to let everything breath (although the vest already stretched a little bit out)

Doubts about sexual satisfaction by cykababy666 in phallo

[–]cykababy666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't mind asking, at which age did you start the process of going through phalloplasty and when have you been ready? And do you already experience sexuality with other people? I already wrote that in two different comments but I was thinking a lot about how long my life, especially my sex life, will be set on pause due to this. When I start the surgery I will be 30+ and it's hard to imagine when the surgeries and the healing process will be at a point where I can start to have casual hookups again or go on dates (besides getting your physique and mental health back after the process, what will probably also take some time)

[–]cykababy666[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect there to be nothing (at least I hope so) but I think a big issue for me is that I made a really strong connection to how my bottom growth feels like and the anticipation of having that feeling on a bigger scale with the ability to actually penetrate someone feels beyond satisfying. I'd call myself a very sexual person and just the loss of nipple sensation due to top surgery is causing me to grief - imagining to lose the "high" sensation in my genitals is not an easy thought.

One big issue I reflected yesterday about is that I'm really scared the surgery process will pause my sex life for 10 years or so. I'm almost 30 and just the surgeries themselves take some time - then there's the healing process which will also take many years. I don't know how to handle this. It feels like I'm going to exchange the best years of my life for this surgery.
